I design in Figma, can make interactives in ProtoPie, capture tasks in Trello, use TIckTick for notes and personal tasks, create presentations in Notion. I am also familiar with JTBD, CJM and persona methodologies. JTBD has been successfully applied in my work. You can read more formally about my skills in my CV (click!).
Soft Skills
Will be happy to meet with clients and conduct user interviews by myself. I love and respect my team. Appreciate feedback, and if I can share something useful — always open to dialog. I also have an extensive library of selected memes (like this one) for all tastes to keep the team in the mood.

You can develop your skills not only by studying professional content. In my spare time, I enjoy taking vocal and drawing classes. In addition to moral satisfaction, these classes help to develop my thinking, which has a positive effect on my work :)
