Role
Product designer
Tasks
UX/UI design, user research, surveys, interactive prototyping, and final production handoff
Achievments
After launching our own payment module, the team successfully migrated 30% of customers to it, generating profit from transaction fees.
I built a component library, which is now used for all new designs in the company. This reduced the time needed for developing new screens by half.
Goal
The Antitreningi platform helps creators easily organize their educational materials, providing a personal dashboard for homework review and a flexible lesson builder. However, payment processing was handled independently by the creators. We decided to support our users by taking over the burden of payment processing and financial management.
Problem
Creating a course is only part of the work. In addition, payments need to be accepted, and it’s necessary to track which students should have access to the materials and who hasn’t completed the payment yet. Manual tracking is possible, but it takes time that could be better spent on developing the course or communicating with students
Solution
From user surveys, we understood that a payment processing feature would be truly beneficial for them. Since developing a custom payment module is a complex and resource-intensive task, we decided to take a phased approach, implementing features in order of importance (determined based on a survey of over a hundred users)
With the new payment module, course creators can receive payments through more than ten different methods, connect and configure the desired payment systems, and automatically generate financial documents.

Thanks to the efforts of the sales team, just a month after launch, over 30% of our active creators started using the AT Pay payment module
